Parks, gardens and the big view

A rewarding thing about Brisbane is how quickly city life gives way to trees and open space. The City Botanic Gardens provide a peaceful riverside escape close to the central business district, with winding paths and mature plantings.

City Botanic Gardens

Central, leafy and an easy place to escape the pace of the CBD. A particularly good choice for a slower morning or a relaxed riverside stroll.
